VetkinTape® veterinary kinesiology tape (6cm x 5 m) is an easy-to-use and latex free product. It is specifically developed for the veterinary professionals.

VetkinTape® rolls are wider than the original kinesiology tapes for the human market (CureTape®). We have also improved it especially for use on animals with a stronger and more adhesive acrylic layer (+30% more adhesive power). VetkinTape® is specially designed for use on animals and may only be used for veterinary purposes.

How does VetkinTape® work?

VetkinTape® works according to the principles of kinesiology tape for the human market. VetkinTape® is applied to the skin and has an elastic quality. This allows it to decompress the skin to help relieve pressure and pain. Healing is accelerated by increasing the availability of oxygen, lymph and blood flow. VetkinTape® can also ensure that toxins are drained away sooner. This is especially desirable in case of swelling and oedema. These days, there are thousands of VetkinTape® fans in the world who use it with great pleasure on their horses and/or dogs.

Order

How can I place an order?

1. Click on the “Shop by Brand” or “Shop by Category” tab.

2. Click on the ‘category’ you wish to search.

3. Select ‘add to cart’ once for each item required. For items with colour variations click ‘select options’ or select the image of the product and enter the amount of each colour of item you would like to order.

4. To check the order or make amendments hover over the blue shopping bag in the header (upper right corner) and click ‘view cart’. If required delete mistakenly ordered items. To add further items click the ‘shop’ tab and continue creating the order.

5. Finally check the order by selecting ‘view cart’ by hovering over the shopping bag in the upper right corner.

6. Click the button ‘proceed to checkout’ if you have checked the cart and would like to order the items in it.

7. If you already have an account, you can login with your existing account. If you do not have an account yet you could choose to register or to proceed as a guest. If you register you do not have to fill in all of your personal information for your next order.

8. Enter all required information on the checkout page. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the details and click ‘place order’.

9. You will receive an email confirming the order and its order number.

10. When using Bank Transfer you can deposit the payment for the order into our account mentioned in the order confirmation referencing the order number.

11. Once funds are received the order will be processed and a tracking number for the package will be emailed to you. You can monitor parcels by clicking track my item. You will receive an email confirming completion of the order.

Where can I find my order information?

When you place an order, you will receive the confirmation in your email. You can also find the order information when you log into your account and click on orders.

How can I add a coupon to my order?

You can add a coupon to your order when you go to your shopping cart. Beneath the cart totals you should fill in the code of the coupon and press apply coupon. Now your coupon is added to your order.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 12pm will be packed and shipped the same day. THYSOL has partnered with the Royal Mail and can therefore offer reliable, rapid delivery times, and most importantly with tracking. Estimate delivery times throughout the UK (standard delivery):

Royal Mail 1st class: the next business day, including Saturdays

Royal Mail 2nd class: 2-3 business days

Royal Mail International Tracked (Ireland): 3-4 business days

Royal Mail Economy (Ireland): max 14 business days

Do you offer express delivery?

Currently, we only offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 as a delivery method, because we've noticed that Royal Mail does not always deliver Express on time. Therefore, we've decided to turn this feature off.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders above £50 are shipped for free from our warehouse in Southwater! The shipping rates for order below £50 are:

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, absolutely!!**. All of our products are designed with quality and durability in mind. In the rare case warrantee is required a standard warranty period of 30 days for all products applies (from the date of purchase) unless otherwise stated;

Return Policy

What is the return period?

You can return the product 30 days after purchase. If you return your goods within 30 days, we can offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

What are the return conditions?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Do you replace products?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@thysol.co.uk and wait for a reply from our sales team (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us.

Do I have to pay return costs?

Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I return a product?

If you want to return, or exchange an item send us an email to info@thysol.co.uk include a brief description with the reason of returning the product, the original order number and a photo/video if applicable. Wait for a reply (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and LOT/Batch number from the packaging (where applicable). Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

How does the shipping of the return work?

If requested, to return your product, you should mail it to: THYSOL UK, The Ghyll, Pevensey Road, Southwater, West Sussex, RH13 9XZ

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 20GBP, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sometimes postage goes missing. THYSOL UK’s responsibility ceases once we have deposited your products with the postage contractor. We highly recommend when checking out with your order online that you consider; signature on delivery/loss or damage insurance. If items don’t arrive at the end destination we will lodge a dispute query with the freight carrier. In out experience even in favourable cases a reimbursement of up to $50 may be possible therefore insurance should always be considered.

When will I receive the refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you via the original method of payment, within a certain time period (approx 10 working days). Please be aware that some external payment providers can then take up to 30 days to credit funds back to an account or card.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

If you think you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or Paypal account. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted to your account. Alternatively, contact your bank or Paypal. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thysol.co.uk or telephone Tony on 01403 613093.

Best tape I've ever used!

I've been a physio for nearly 40 years and have used a variety of tapes - rigid and elasticised - over that time. I fractured my collarbone recently and a physio friend in the equine field taped me up with Vetkin tape. .. . so I'm speaking from personal experience. Fantastic! Now that I'm back in clinical practice, it's my tape of choice!

Sticks

I am using this on a dog with cruciate instability. It actually sticks to the fur. It does loosen on the edges, but that could just be that this is a tricky area to tape. So far it is staying on for 4-5 days before I need to remove it. I try to let it loosen on it’s own as it can pull a lot of fur if it’s only on for 2-3 days.

So far so good!

Bought this as my vet recommended it for a foal we have that had a slight case of ALD. It has been easy to put on and off and although its too soon for final results yet I can tell it helps him walk correctly when on already

Best Horse Tape

I have tried lots of tapes for horses. Hands down, this is the best. It sticks well and is high quality. I also like the 2.4 inch size. They are also a great company to work with!
