In the Fascial Treatment course, participants will delve into a comprehensive exploration of various techniques for effectively treating the fascia.   • 11:00 – 11:15 Science and evidence based practice
  • 11:15 – 12:30 Functional and fascia assessment,
  • 12:30 – 13:30 Lunch break
  • 13:30 – 14:00 Cupping theory
  • 14:00- 14.30 Opening fascia and cupping practice
  • 14.30 -15:15 Theory/practice IASTM

  • 15:30 – 17:00 Practice IASTM

  • 09:00 Start course day 2
  • 09:00 – 10:00 Theory and practice flossing foot, lower leg and knee
  • 10:00 – 11: 00 Continuing therapeutic options: IASTM, flossing or cupping activity leg

  • 11:15 – 12:30 Practice flossing shoulder, elbow and lower arm
