THYSOL UK partners with Royal Mail to provide reliable and trackable delivery services throughout the United Kingdom.
Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are normally processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of checkout. Please carefully review your order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
We make reasonable efforts to identify obvious address errors before dispatch. Our order processing system and Royal Mail integration may flag postcode and county mismatches. However, due to processing times and operational constraints, we cannot guarantee that all address errors will be identified prior to dispatch. The accuracy of the shipping address remains the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is returned to THYSOL UK due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Missing flat or unit numbers
- Failure to collect from a Royal Mail depot or collection point
the original shipping costs are non-refundable, as the delivery service has already been provided.
Refunds for returned items will only be processed once the parcel has been received and inspected at our warehouse. If you still require the items, a new order must be placed using the correct address details.
Returns & Medical Device Notice
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In addition, THYSOL UK offers a 30-day return window for unused items.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and medical safety reasons, opened or partially used rolls of kinesiology tape and products applied to the skin cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our kinesiology tapes are regulated medical devices. Occasional skin irritation may occur due to individual sensitivity and does not automatically indicate a product defect. Where a reaction is reported, we may require a patch test and completion of a product complaint assessment in line with our regulatory obligations before determining eligibility for a refund.
If a product is found to be faulty, we will refund the purchase price including standard delivery charges and reimburse reasonable return postage costs in accordance with UK consumer law.
