Important Guidelines for Use:
The VetkinTape Adhesive Spray is designed to be used in extreme conditions (such as extra tension on the tape or hot/cold weather). For standard applications, no adhesive spray is needed—VetkinTape should stick well enough on its own. Generally, adhesive spray is only necessary if extra adhesion is required in certain areas of the tape. To prepare the surface for tape application, use the VetkinTape Clean Coat Spray, which will improve adhesion.
When using the adhesive spray, apply a small amount only to the ends of the tape (also known as the anchors). It is not recommended to apply the spray over the entire tape. Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, or humid) may affect the tape’s adhesion and skin sensitivity. It is advisable to perform a patch test before applying the adhesive to check for any potential reactions. If any irritation occurs, do not use the spray. Some animals may have allergic reactions to the adhesive or the tape, in which case, remove the tape immediately.
