Returned to sender (RTS)

If Royal Mail returns your parcel because of an incomplete or incorrect address or because it was not collected, please contact us. Once the parcel has arrived back and been inspected, we will discuss a refund or reshipment, including any applicable delivery costs, in accordance with your statutory rights.

We aim to supply products of a high standard. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please email info@thysol.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, photos.

Some products may also carry an additional manufacturer's guarantee, where stated on the product page or supplied with the item.

Your statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected by any commercial guarantee or return policy.

We offer a 30-day return period from purchase for eligible unused items in their original packaging, subject to our return conditions.

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you also normally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, followed by a further 14 days to send them back. Exceptions may apply. This statutory right is separate from our additional 30-day policy.

For returns under our additional 30-day policy, products should be unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, their original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned for a change of mind, including certain sealed health or hygiene products once unsealed and digital content in circumstances where the statutory cancellation right no longer applies.

Sale items are not automatically excluded from statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.
