1. Click on the “Shop by Brand” or “Shop by Category” tab.

2. Click on the ‘category’ you wish to search.

3. Select ‘add to cart’ once for each item required. For items with colour variations click ‘select options’ or select the image of the product and enter the amount of each colour of item you would like to order.

4. To check the order or make amendments hover over the blue shopping bag in the header (upper right corner) and click ‘view cart’. If required delete mistakenly ordered items. To add further items click the ‘shop’ tab and continue creating the order.

5. Finally check the order by selecting ‘view cart’ by hovering over the shopping bag in the upper right corner.

6. Click the button ‘proceed to checkout’ if you have checked the cart and would like to order the items in it.

7. If you already have an account, you can login with your existing account. If you do not have an account yet you could choose to register or to proceed as a guest. If you register you do not have to fill in all of your personal information for your next order.

8. Enter all required information on the checkout page. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the details and click ‘place order’.

9. You will receive an email confirming the order and its order number.

10. When using Bank Transfer you can deposit the payment for the order into our account mentioned in the order confirmation referencing the order number.

11. Once funds are received the order will be processed and a tracking number for the package will be emailed to you. You can monitor parcels by clicking track my item. You will receive an email confirming completion of the order.

When you place an order, you will receive the confirmation in your email. You can also find the order information when you log into your account and click on orders.

You can add a coupon to your order when you go to your shopping cart. Beneath the cart totals you should fill in the code of the coupon and press apply coupon. Now your coupon is added to your order.

We endeavour to pack and ship orders placed the same day if they are placed before 12pm THYSOL has partnered with the Royal Mail and can therefore offer reliable, rapid delivery times, and most importantly with tracking. Estimate delivery times throughout the UK (standard delivery):

Currently, we only offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 as a delivery method, because we've noticed that Royal Mail does not always deliver Express on time. Therefore, we've decided to turn this feature off.

To track your order, please visit the tracking a parcel page of the Royal Mail and fill in your tracking number.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Please double-check your order confirmation email immediately after placing an order. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

We do make reasonable efforts to spot obvious address issues before dispatch. Our customer service and logistics team reviews orders where possible, and our Royal Mail shipping system may flag certain inconsistencies, particularly postcode and county/city mismatches. However, due to processing volumes and time constraints, we cannot guarantee that all address errors will be identified in time. For this reason, the accuracy of the delivery address remains the responsibility of the customer.

Returned to Sender (RTS)
If a parcel is returned to THYSOL due to an incorrect address, missing information (such as a flat number), or failure to collect the parcel from a depot or collection point, the following policy applies:

Original shipping costs: The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, as this service has already been provided by the carrier.

Refund process: A refund for the physical items (minus the costs mentioned above) will be processed once the parcel has been physically received and inspected at our warehouse.

Reshipping: We do not automatically resend returned parcels. If you still wish to receive your items, you will need to place a new order with the correct shipping details.

Yes, absolutely!!**. All of our products are designed with quality and durability in mind. In the rare case warrantee is required a standard warranty period of 30 days for all products applies (from the date of purchase) unless otherwise stated;

This could be in case you want to cancel an order which you have already received, the package came in damaged, the items breaks, you changed your mind, you want to exchange a product or if you received the wrong product. You can return the product 30 days after purchase. If you return your goods within 30 days, we can offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@thysol.co.uk and wait for a reply from our sales team (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us.

Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you want to return, or exchange an item send us an email to info@thysol.co.uk include a brief description with the reason of returning the product, the original order number and a photo/video if applicable. Wait for a reply (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and LOT/Batch number from the packaging (where applicable). Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 20GBP, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sometimes postage goes missing. THYSOL UK’s responsibility ceases once we have deposited your products with the postage contractor. We highly recommend when checking out with your order online that you consider; signature on delivery/loss or damage insurance. If items don’t arrive at the end destination we will lodge a dispute query with the freight carrier. In out experience even in favourable cases a reimbursement of up to £50 may be possible therefore insurance should always be considered.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you via the original method of payment, within a certain time period (approx 10 working days). Please be aware that some external payment providers can then take up to 30 days to credit funds back to an account or card.

If you think you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or Paypal account. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted to your account. Alternatively, contact your bank or Paypal. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
